Konstantin Grigorishin

Early Life and Education
Mr. Konstantin Grigorishin was born in the Ukrainian city of Zaporozhye. He demonstrated a strong aptitude for science from an early age, leading him to study physics and mathematics at the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology, one of the region’s most respected technical universities. Upon graduation, he began his professional career in the theoretical department at the Institute of Spectroscopy of the USSR Academy of Sciences in Troitsk, where he conducted research on the propagation of light in nonlinear disordered media.
Leadership in Business and Sport
In 2012, combining his passion for sport with his leadership experience, Mr. Grigorishin established the Energy Standard Swimming Club. In the period that followed, the Energy Standard Group, a key company in his business portfolio, became an official patron of the Ukrainian Swimming Federation. This involvement led to the creation of a prize fund for World Cup competitors and marked the start of Mr. Grigorishin’s mission to bring structure and opportunity to the world of competitive swimming.
In 2018, he founded the International Swimming League (ISL) – a groundbreaking professional organization built on fairness, equality, and innovation. Under his leadership, the ISL expanded rapidly, featuring athletes from more than 50 countries and pioneering a team-based format that redefined fan engagement in swimming. From its first season, the ISL welcomed athletes from North America, Europe, South America, Asia, Oceania, and Africa – establishing its position as a truly global sporting organization.
Philanthropy and Ongoing Vision
Beyond business and sport, Mr. Grigorishin is a committed philanthropist and supporter of the arts and education. His work is guided by a belief in fairness, knowledge, and social responsibility. Through both private initiatives and corporate programs, he continues to support efforts that promote access to culture, science, and athletic development. In addition to these activities, he also established the International Institute of Political Philosophy in 2020.
Mr. Grigorishin remains an influential figure in international business and sport, known for his ability to identify untapped potential and turn vision into measurable progress.
